Recent Case Results
State v. Driskell (Not Guilty)
State could not prove that defendant intentionally was in possession of a controlled substance for which he did not have a valid prescription.
State v. Kelly (Case Dismissed)
Defendant charged with 3rd OWI. Defense moved to suppress and State dismissed case because evidence was inadmissible.
State v. Parsons (Not Guilty on majority of Counts)
Defendant found not guilty of battery, domestic battery, interference with reporting of a crime, felony domestic battery.
State v. Hulse (Hung Jury)
Defense proved defendant could not have been guilty of public intoxication as he was on private property. State ultimately dismissed case.
