Assault & Battery

Assault is a threatened or attempted physical attack against another by a person who appears to have the ability to cause bodily harm. Battery is the act of using force against another person which results in either bodily injury or offensive touching, and does not need to be intentional; force applied with criminal negligence is sufficient to be considered battery.

A free consultation with Hansen Law can help you determine if your case involves simple assault and battery, or more.
